REC Thailand, a service name under GMS Solar, is a leading provider of renewable energy certificates (RECs) in Thailand. As an I-REC trader and broker, we specialise in four key technologies: Solar, Wind, Hydropower, and Biomass, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality certificates. Our RECs are internationally accredited by I-REC, and locally verified by EGAT ensuring highest quality. Our portfolio also includes carbon credits. We oer T-VER, VERRA, and Gold Standard credits, further demonstrating our dedication to sustainable energy practices and environmental stewardship.

Giving Back
REC Thailand by GMS Solar are aware of the social and environmental concerns. Therefore, under the name of GMS Group, GMS Charity was founded with the promise to provide support to local projects and creating opportunities for the community.
Our achievement starting from supporting investment for Thai farmers in Lampang. During Covid-19 are spreading all-over many areas GMS Charity decided to donate directly to nonprofit organizations in 2021 at Central Phuket
We also cooperate with PTT Group, our partner, to participate in activities such as hosting the PTTEP Charity Golf Tournament from 2019 until now. Participated in restoring the marine environment activity in 2023.
